About the Role: One Key Resources is seeking skilled Production Mining Operators with production coal mining experience to join our team at Middlemount Coal Mine. Multiple positions are available at this site, conveniently located only 15 minutes from Camp. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating heavy machinery in a coal mining setting while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and site requirements.

What's on Offer?

- Casual positions
- Haul Truck Operator: $62.42 per hour
- Multi-Skilled Operator: $64.74 per hour
- Excavator Operator: $65.41 per hour
- Camp accommodation and meals provided at Civeo Middlemount
- Bus transport from camp to site (approximately 15 minutes each way)
- DIDO/BIBO options available - Bus services from Mackay, Rockhampton, Gladstone and Bundaberg
- Monthly production bonus
- 7/7 rotating day and night roster
- 12.5 - hour shifts (Wednesday to Tuesday)

We Are Hiring:

- Haul Truck Operators




- You will have demonstrated a minimum of 12 months production mining experience operating:
- CAT 785A, 785D, 789C, 793D, 793F, 794 Haul Trucks or equivalent

- Multi Skilled Operators
- You will have demonstrated experience operating Haul Trucks 2 of any of the following:
- Dozers D10T, D11T, D11R
- Graders 16M, 18 and 24
- Loaders 992G, 988H
- Water Carts (CAT 777 / 785)
- Excavators (Liebherr 996B, 9400, 9600 or equivalent)

- Excavator Operators
- You will have demonstrated experience operating:
- Liebherr 996B, 9400, 9600 or equivalent

About You:

To be considered, you will possess:

- Minimum 12 months' experience in an open-cut coal mining environment
- SSE-signed training transcripts for relevant equipment
- Current Standard 11 Statement of Attainment
- Current Coal Board Medical or willing to obtain
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Strong commitment to safety and production targets
- Reliable work history and attendance record
- Ability to work effectively within a team-focused workplace
