- Champion Agile methodologies throughout the program lifecycle

Our client, an independent Federal Government agency responsible for implementing & administering the National Disability Insurance Scheme, require the services of a Program Manager.

Key Duties or the Program Manager

- Communicate the program vision, goals, roadmap, and ensure alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders;
- Work with the program office to manage the program budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and issues, and ensure timely and effective resolution;
- Establish and maintain the program backlog and prioritise and plan the program increments and iterations with project teams;
- Facilitate program reporting and proactively.

Skills and Experience Required

- Demonstrated experience managing large scale, complex and cross functional programs or projects with a focus on utilising agile methodologies;
- Extensive experience in delivering and applying agile methodologies;




- Experience delivering with cross functional teams across business areas, enabling services, external stakeholders and technology.
