Project Consultant

Coverite Projects is seeking an experienced Project Consultant to take ownership of qualified opportunities and convert them into signed, deliverable projects across the aged care, education, retirement living, commercial and hospitality sectors.

You'll take a qualified opportunity from our Business Development Manager and lead it through feasibility, cost planning, commercial negotiation and contract execution, before handing over to our operations team for delivery.

About You

You're commercially sharp, detail-oriented, and confident leading complex conversations with clients, designers and internal stakeholders. You know how to protect margin without losing the deal, and you take real ownership of getting an opportunity over the line — from first handover through to signed contract.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of qualified opportunities and build strong client relationships through pre-construction.

- Lead feasibility, scope development and project planning.
- Coordinate design, estimating and operational input.
- Develop budgets, programmes and delivery strategies.
- Lead tendering, pricing and contract negotiations.




- Manage commercial and delivery risk throughout pre-construction.
- Ensure a clean handover of scope, budget, programme and risk to our operations team.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in pre-construction, project management, estimating, commercial management, or business development within construction.

- Strong understanding of feasibility, estimating, design and contract formation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial and risk management capability.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
