A highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of projects. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to project managers and teams, maintain accurate documentation, track project progress, and help ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to project managers and project teams.
- Maintain project schedules, plans, trackers, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Prepare reports, presentations, status updates, and project correspondence.
- Manage project files, records, contracts, and approvals in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and expense reporting.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Support project onboarding, resource coordination, and status reporting.
- Identify administrative issues or project delays and escalate them promptly.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance project efficiency and organization.
- Perform other duties as required to support project delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in project administration, office administration, operations, or a related role.




- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using project management, scheduling, or collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualified approach to handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2-3 years Experience supporting construction projects.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and various Document Management Systems.
- Relevant qualification in business administration, project management, or a related field.
