The Project and Procurement Officer role is a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO) team, within the Energy Group, providing expert project and procurement advice and information. The Project and Procurement Officer will support the Project Manager to provide core services across all divisions within the Energy Group related to business, project and procurement activities.

Success in the role requires the incumbent to be well organised, have a high level of attention to detail, be autonomous and have a service orientation that helps the Group report quality information on a timely basis.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

- Demonstrated knowledge of procurement practices and procedures, including capacity to understand and apply the Victorian Government Purchasing Board (VGPB) Guidelines.

This is a fixed term position available for a period of 2 years. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
