We’re currently partnering with several leading architecture studios looking to add experienced Architects, Project Architects and Project Leads to their teams. These aren’t all the same role dressed up differently.
We’re working across a mix of established national practices, highly regarded Brisbane studios and design-led boutique teams , each offering different project exposure, studio cultures and career pathways.
Whether you’re looking to step up into project leadership, take greater ownership of delivery, work on larger-scale projects or simply find a studio that better suits the way you want to work — there are some genuinely strong opportunities available right now.
The Opportunities
Depending on your background and level, opportunities include:
Projects span multi-residential, commercial, education, mixed-use, public and other major project sectors , with opportunities across both design-focused and delivery-focused positions.
What We're Looking For
We’d love to speak with Architects who have:
- Approximately 5+ years of architectural experience
- Solid Australian project experience
- Experience taking projects through documentation and delivery
- Confidence coordinating consultants and key stakeholders
- Strong Revit capability for many of the available positions
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
- Project leadership or team mentoring experience for more senior opportunities
- Registration advantageous, but not essential across every role
