Our client is an established Electrical and Structural Solutions manufacturer with a strong reputation for delivering quality engineered products and solutions.
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to coordinate and oversee projects across scheduling, financial tracking, procurement, documentation and project administration.
Working closely with Project Managers, manufacturing teams, procurement, stores, contractors and customers, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, priorities and upcoming tasks.
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administration.
- Monitor project costs and maintain accurate financial tracking.
- Assist with financial projections and project capability planning.
- Coordinate contractors and ensure resources are scheduled appropriately.
- Liaise with Procurement and Stores to track incoming materials and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up purchase orders and outstanding deliveries.
- Raise, deliver and invoice contract purchase orders and variations.
- Compile, review and maintain ITPs, ITRs and project documentation.
- Provide customers with updated and revised documentation as required.
- Maintain accurate project records and filing.
- Coordinate internal and external contractual meetings.
- Provide regular updates to Project Managers regarding project progress, priorities and upcoming activities.
- Assist with managing project variations and modifications.
- Support the identification and close-out of non-conformances.
- Ensure project requirements, quality standards and customer expectations are met.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to support project delivery and timeframes.
- Assist with general project administration and ad-hoc project requirements.
- Attend client sites when required.
About You
- Previous experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration or a similar role.
- Experience working within an engineering, electrical, manufacturing, construction or technical environment is highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience coordinating schedules, purchase orders, materials or contractors.
- Positive understanding of project costs and financial tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and following up outstanding actions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers, manufacturing and operational teams.
