You'll become part of our Project Delivery team, gaining hands-on experience across planning, procurement, client coordination, site delivery and project completion. As we continue to grow, we're looking for three Project Coordinators to join our Project Delivery team.

The role

This hands-on role combines technical delivery, commercial coordination and relationship management. Critical to the successful delivery of every project, your responsibilities will include:

- supporting Project Managers in the planning and successful delivery of multiple luxury retail projects
- coordinating project documentation, procurement, contract administration and project programmes throughout the project lifecycle
- developing strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- assisting with project budgets, reporting, cost tracking and programme management
- bringing together internal teams and external contractors to keep projects progressing on schedule
- working closely with site teams through proactive communication, coordination and follow-up
- maintaining accurate project documentation and project records
- contributing to a protected, professional and collaborative project environment

Your experience

You'll have previous experience as a Project Coordinator within construction, commercial fitout, shopfitting or a closely related industry. Experience supporting Project Managers and coordinating multiple stakeholders across the project lifecycle is essential.

Formal qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline will be well regarded, together with strong organisational capability, commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Most importantly, you'll bring a commitment to learning, continually improving and delivering quality work.
