Venture Building — Hetmos Group

We're looking for entrepreneurs with their own projects, and senior operators ready to create, fund, and lead innovative companies alongside our group.

The principle is simple: you bring the project, the industry knowledge, and the ability to execute. We bring the seed capital, the commercial firepower, the ability to raise financing, and the infrastructure of a group already present in more than 15 countries.

Positions available

CEO, CTO, CFO, and CSO — whether you already have a project identified or want to take the lead on a venture initiated by the Group.

Sectors we're active in

Fintech, M&A; tech, legaltech and regtech, proptech, HR tech, insurtech, core banking, accounting automation and BPO, wealth management, data and AI applied to qualified services, B2B marketplaces, and cloud infrastructure.

This list isn't exhaustive — we're open to any innovative project, with particular interest in ventures that complement our existing activities and can use our current clients as first users.





What the Group brings

- Seed capital from our own funds, via co-investment or up to 100% financing
- A commercial force deployed across Europe, with a network of 75+ representatives
- The ability to run funding rounds and direct access to our institutional and private investor base
- A technical team and a commercial support team
- Legal, administrative, and financial structuring

What you bring

- Product vision and knowledge of your market
- The ability to personally sell to first clients
- A full-time commitment to the project

Nature of the position

This is a founding partner position, not a salaried role. Compensation is based on an equity stake in the company created.

Profile

Entrepreneur, former executive, senior professional, or investor willing to be actively involved in execution. Prior experience founding or leading companies will be a strong advantage.
