Property Manager - Field Studies Centre, Woollamia (South Coast NSW)
The Trinity Grammar School Woollamia Campus is located on Jerrinja and Wandi Wandian Aboriginal Country. The campus operates a term-long, mandatory, immersive, education residential program for Year 9 boys.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to lead the operational management, maintenance, compliance and continual improvement of our unique Field Studies Centre in Woollamia, NSW.
This is a genuine hands-on leadership role that combines property management, facilities leadership and practical maintenance expertise. While the successful candidate will oversee a network of contractors, service providers and specialist trades, they will also be expected to personally undertake many day-to-day inspections, repairs, preventative maintenance activities and operational tasks required to keep the Centre functioning at the highest standard.
The Property Manager is the custodian of a beautiful and unique educational campus and is responsible for ensuring that all buildings, grounds, infrastructure, vehicles and facilities remain safe, compliant, functional and welcoming for students, staff and visitors. The role requires a leader who is equally comfortable developing maintenance plans and budgets as they are rolling up their sleeves to troubleshoot issues, undertake minor repairs and respond to operational needs as they arise.
About the Role
Reporting to the Residential Operations Coordinator, you will provide leadership across all property and facilities operations, including:
- Leading the maintenance and presentation of the entire Field Studies Centre campus.
- Personally undertaking routine inspections, preventative maintenance, minor repairs and operational tasks across buildings, grounds and infrastructure.
- Coordinating and supervising contractors, tradespeople and service providers to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Managing maintenance schedules, service programs and capital improvement projects.
- Developing and implementing safe work procedures, maintenance systems and compliance processes.
- Leading risk management, emergency response and WHS initiatives across the site.
- Managing maintenance budgets, forecasting future requirements and overseeing expenditure.
- Ensuring the campus remains attractive, functional, safe and operationally ready to support Outdoor Education and residential programs.
- Driving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance the efficiency, sustainability and long-term performance of the facilities.

Employment Requirements The successful applicant must:
- Hold or be eligible to obtain a current NSW Working with Children Check (Employment).
- Hold a current driver's licence.
- Hold or willing to obtain qualifications in First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling
- Be willing to undergo all required employment screening checks.
- Be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical and physical assessment to confirm their fitness to safely perform the inherent physical requirements of the role, including manual handling, use of maintenance equipment, working outdoors and responding to operational requirements across the campus.
