About the Role:
Curtin FBL Executive Education is a dynamic and rapidly growing business unit and a leading provider of Executive Education in WA. We are seeking a conscientious, people-focused Project Officer to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to our project team. Working closely with the Project Manager/Lead, you will support the development, coordination and delivery of project activities. This includes maintaining project documentation, tracking timelines, coordinating communication across the team, and helping ensure project deliverables are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role will suit someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Some Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and oversee project administrative and support functions, including planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and communications.
- Coordinate the preparation, publication and distribution of project documentation, including reports, briefing papers, minutes, agendas and general correspondence.
- Support the resolution of operational issues and contribute to improvements in project administration processes, systems and workflows.
- Assist with identifying project impacts and risks, and support the Project Lead in monitoring and managing these.
- Set up and maintain project files, databases and dashboards to support accurate tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, focus groups and workshops, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions.
- Liaise with stakeholders and service providers to coordinate meetings, services and procurement of goods.
- Undertake preliminary research,
data analysis and information gathering to support project activities and decision-making.
- Demonstrate professional and personal conduct consistent with the University’s Values and Signature Behaviours.
- Perform other duties consistent with the scope and level of the role.
- Availability to travel interstate and overseas would be highly regarded, and some work outside standard business hours may be required for travel purposes.

- Proactive, adaptable and self-motivated, with the ability to show initiative.
- Experience and expertise in Curtin student administration processes would be a valuable addition
Role Requirements:
1. As this is a fixed-term contract, you will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role
