Duration: Permanent full-time
Pay rate: $125,000 - $135,000 per annum plus 12% super
Security requirements: Must have full Australian working rights at time of application

Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Digital Learning and Knowledge Manager to join Elite Supplements, one of Australia’s leading sports nutrition retailers with a rapidly growing network of stores and expanding international operations.

This role will take ownership of Elite Supplements’ digital learning and knowledge ecosystem, including its intranet, digital learning platform, training content and central knowledge base.

Working across Retail Operations, People & Culture, Marketing, Product, IT and senior leadership, you will turn business knowledge into structured, engaging and practical learning that can be delivered consistently across Elite Supplements’ growing network.

The role will be based in Sydney, with approximately 3–5 trips to Canberra for 2–3 nights at a time required until the new Sydney warehouse opens in July 2027.

Responsibilities

- Own and continually improve Elite Supplements’ digital learning strategy, LMS, intranet and central knowledge base.
- Establish the intranet as a clear and accessible single source of truth across the organisation.
- Design and develop digital learning covering onboarding, product knowledge, sales, customer service, operations, leadership, compliance,



systems and processes.
- Develop structured learning pathways for retail employees, managers, support office employees and leadership roles.
- Create engaging e-learning modules, training videos, how-to guides, SOPs, assessments and other digital learning resources.
- Work with subject matter experts to turn complex business information into straightforward, practical and scalable learning content.
- Work with retail leaders to identify capability and knowledge gaps and develop learning initiatives that improve performance and operational standards.
- Ensure new products, systems, policies and business initiatives are supported by appropriate training before rollout.
- Monitor training completion, onboarding, compliance, knowledge gaps and platform engagement, providing regular reporting and insights to leadership.
- Continually improve learning and knowledge systems to support Elite Supplements’ continued national and international growth.

Experience/requirements

The successful candidate will have experience across digital learning, Learning & Development and knowledge management, ideally within a multi-site retail, franchise, high-growth or geographically dispersed organisation.





You will ideally bring:

- Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), intranets or knowledge platforms.
- Strong digital learning and e-learning development experience, including authoring tools and digital content creation.
- Experience developing onboarding programs and structured learning pathways.
- Knowledge management and information architecture experience.
- Experience creating e-learning modules, training videos, guides, SOPs and assessments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience working with subject matter experts.
- Experience using learning analytics and reporting to measure training completion, engagement and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into practical, engaging content.
- Strong organisational skills, technology confidence and a commercial, hands-on approach.
- Experience within a retail, franchise, multi-site or geographically dispersed workforce will be highly regarded.
- Ability to undertake occasional travel to Canberra during the initial months of the role.
