We are seeking a friendly, organised and customer-focused Business Trainee to join our growing Gold Coast team. If you enjoy helping people, have great communication skills, and are eager to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification while building valuable workplace experience.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll answer enquiries, coordinate installation bookings, maintain customer records, and provide exceptional support throughout the customer journey. Many of our customers are older Australians, so patience, empathy, and a warm telephone manner are essential.
