About the Role

As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of our kitchen and food service areas. You will support our chefs and food & beverage team by ensuring kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces are clean and ready for service.

At Hilton Garden Inn Busselton, we believe that great dining experiences start behind the scenes. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Steward to join our kitchen team on a part time basis and help ensure our food and beverage operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, cookware, crockery, cutlery, and utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, storage areas, and waste disposal areas.
- Assist with receiving, storing,



and rotating stock.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed to Hilton standards.
- Must be available to work Weekends and Public Holidays
