As part of a global international entity, Beaulieu Australia is an Australian manufacturer of high-quality flooring. We are looking for a Finance Manager Manufacturing to lead day-to-day transactional financial activities, ensure accurate reporting, and drive process improvements across manufacturing operations. This is a full-time, onsite role in Yatala.
Responsibilities n
n
- Prepare month-end balance sheet reconciliations
n
- Complete the monthly local executive reporting pack and monthly Belgium business reporting
n
- Oversee capital expenditure planning and tracking
n
- Oversee inventory accounting and valuation
n
- Manage obsolete and slow-moving inventory provisions to improve inventory turnover and working capital
n
- Provide monthly reporting for decision making – with the assistance of the business Analyst
n
- Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure month end is completed in a timely manner
n
Quarterly & Yearly nn
- Assist in tax compliance and regulatory standards
n
- Lead final year end accounts and annual audit
n
- Ensure accuracy via cycle counts and annual stock takes
n
- Complete forecast and budgeting process with Finance Director Oceania
n
Plant Controlling & Manufacturing Finance nn
- Develop and maintain standard costing models
n
- Perform and maintain variance analysis (material, labour, overhead)
n
- Monitor KPIs such as OEE, scrap, yield, and efficiency
n
- Drive cost reduction and operational improvements
n
- Support product costing and margin analysis
n
Your profile nn
- CA/CPA qualified with a relevant professional qualification
n
- Minimum 5 years of experience in chartered accounting or industry experience
n
- Strong experience in manufacturing finance and cost accounting
n
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and auditing
n
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
n
- Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
n
- Able to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure with resilience and reliability
n
