We invite an experienced Employment Compliance Manager to oversee our Asia Pacific people policies and practices for Stores, Field Operations and Support Centres.

n

(Please note this is a full‐time office role in our Hawthorn Global HQ in Melbourne)

The Role

n

- Ensure employment practices, documentation, systems and controls comply with applicable employment legislation, industrial instruments and Lovisa policies and procedures.
n
- Monitor legislative change
n
- Conduct risk-based employment compliance audits
n
- Oversee corrective actions
n
- Strengthen employment lifecycle controls
n
- Provide practical compliance advice to People & Talent and business leaders
n
- Promote consistent, legally compliant and operationally effective employment practices across Lovisa
n

Who you are

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or a related field; a relevant employment law, workplace relations, audit,



risk or compliance qualification is desirable.
n
- Experience in employment compliance, HR compliance, workplace relations, employment law, audit or risk within a multinational, multi-site or highly regulated organisation.
n
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments, employment lifecycle controls and documentation requirements, with the ability to coordinate obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
n
- Demonstrated audit, analytical, reporting and project management capability, with exceptional attention to detail, data integrity, confidentiality, sound judgement and confidence to escalation non‐compliance.
