About the role

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- End to end management of an established well maintained portfolio
- Work in a tight-knit, supportive environment
- Liaising with Renters & Rentals Providers
- Manage database updates and general rental administration
- Hands-on, supportive directors

About you

- Previous Property Management/Real Estate experience is required
- Confident, proactive, and a strong team player
- Possesses excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Exceptional relationship management and customer service
- Be proactive and work autonomously or under direction
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work both within a team environment and independently
- Presents professionally and has a positive, driven attitude
- Holds a Victorian Real Estate agents rep certificate as well as drivers license & reliable vehicle (required)
