About the Role

We are looking for a Quality and Compliance Coordinator to join us on-site.

In this role, you’ll be the champion of safety and care excellence across our services. Working closely with our clinical and care teams, you will help us maintain high standards, ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, and continuously improve the lives of our residents.

What you’ll do:





- Coordinate quality improvement activities and conduct internal audits.
- Support incident and complaint resolutions with a focus on positive learning.
- Deliver engaging compliance and quality training for our team.
- Work on accreditation and reporting to keep our community safe and thriving.

Qualifications & Skills

- Proven experience in a quality or compliance role (aged care experience strongly preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislation.
- Strong communication skills with an approachable, cooperative coaching style.
- Relevant qualifications in quality management, healthcare, or a related field.
