About the role

TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Quality Lead to support the successful delivery of a major project. This role will be responsible for leading project quality activities, coordinating contractor quality deliverables, conducting inspections and audits, and ensuring compliance with project quality management systems and industry standards.

Duties and responsibilities

- Lead project quality activities and act as the primary quality representative.

- Coordinate inspections, audits, surveillance activities, and quality reviews.





- Monitor and report on manufacturing record dossier and deliverable progress.

- Facilitate quality alignment meetings with contractors and project teams.

- Drive contractor document submissions and close-out activities.

- Review and verify ITPs, NCRs, inspection records, and quality documentation.

- Support quality mobilisation activities and assist with project program deliverables.

Skills and experience required

- Trade qualification or engineering background.

- Minimum 5 years' QA/QC experience on EPCM projects.

- Experience conducting audits, inspections, and quality surveillance activities.

- Strong knowledge of AS/NZS, ISO, and industry quality standards.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.

- Strong reporting, document control, and stakeholder coordination skills.
