Demeter Grains is a Grain Export and Trading company based in Hope Valley, (Kwinana, Naval Base area). Specialising in exports of Animal feeds, grains and pulses for human consumption.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated person/s to join our Production Team with strong career development opportunities available. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you'll play a vital role as part of the team.

Please note is role is NOT exclusively a Reach Stacker Operator Role. You will be working as part of the production team, Reach Stacker work is rotated as required. Please don't apply if only interested in operating Reach Stacker.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely Operate/drive reach stacker
- Safely load and unload containers to and from trucks and around the yard
- Container movements in keeping production teams moving

- Traffic Management
- Maintain an organised container yard
- Perform routine inspections on reach stacker and responsibility for leaving the reach stacker in a clean condition for the next operator
- Empty Container movement (7t Forklift Operation)




- Operating machinery and equipment in line with production requirements
- Loading and unloading of trucks and containers
- Ensuring product quality and consistency through regular checks
- Manual handling, lifting bags (up to 25 kg) and maintaining clean work areas
- Following workplace health & safety procedures and company policies
- Assisting with general production line duties as required

Required Skills, Experience and Attributes:
- Reach Stacker Ticket
- Good container management
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Willingness to cover other rosters, day, night and weekends
- Willingness to perform other production duties outside of Reach Stacker Operators where required.
- Team player
- Reliability
- Ability to deal with pressure
- Current drivers licence and own reliable transport
