We’re looking for a Reception – Administration Assistant to join our Corporate Services team in Armidale. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being the friendly first point of contact and supporting a busy office with routine administrative tasks.

About this role

As Reception – Administration Assistant, you’ll provide a welcoming front-of-house service (in person, phone and email), respond to routine enquiries within scope,



support visitor and meeting room coordination, and complete low-level administration tasks as directed. You’ll maintain accurate records and handle operational and personal information with appropriate confidentiality and care.
