Regional Manager – Security

Are you an experienced security leader with a passion for operational excellence, client relationships, and team development? We are seeking a motivated Regional Manager - Security to oversee a portfolio of retail and commercial sites, ensuring the delivery of exceptional security services and outstanding client outcomes.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a security professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client partnerships, and can effectively lead and develop high-performing security teams across multiple locations.

About the Role

As the Regional Manager - Security, you will be responsible for the operational management of multiple sites across your assigned region in Adelaide. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, site-based teams, and the wider business, ensuring all contractual obligations, staffing requirements, compliance standards, and service expectations are consistently achieved.

You will work closely with Centre Management and client representatives, providing strategic support, operational oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Contract Management

- Manage security operations across a portfolio of retail and commercial sites.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Centre Management and key stakeholders.

- Conduct regular client meetings and site audits to ensure contractual compliance and service excellence.

- Monitor site performance and proactively address operational issues and client concerns.





- Ensure contracted service levels and staffing requirements are consistently met.

Operational Leadership

- Oversee workforce planning, scheduling and roster management across multiple locations.

- Ensure adequate coverage for leave, vacancies, and unplanned absences.

- Monitor and manage site performance to maintain high service standards.

- Utilise operational systems including Dayforce and workforce management platforms to ensure accuracy in attendance, reporting, billing and payroll processes.

People Leadership

- Lead, coach and develop Site Supervisors and Security Officers.

- Drive employee engagement, performance management and professional development.

- Promote a positive team culture aligned with company values and expectations.

- Ensure all mandatory training and compliance requirements are completed.

Compliance, Safety & Risk Management

- Maintain compliance with all security licensing requirements, company procedures and client expectations.

- Drive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives across your portfolio.

- Ensure site documentation, registers, audits and reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time.

- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across operations.

Business Growth & Improvement

- Support the identification of growth opportunities within existing and prospective client portfolios.





- Contribute to strategies that enhance security service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Assist in the ongoing development and implementation of best-practice security solutions.

About You To be successful in this role, you will be a confident and results-driven leader with extensive experience managing security operations within retail or commercial environments.

Essential Requirements

- CPP31318 Certificate III in Security Operations.

- Current Security Provider Licence.

- Current Drivers Licence.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously across multiple sites.

Highly Regarded

- Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or higher.

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

- 5-7 years' experience within retail or commercial shopping centre security operations.
