What you'll be doing

Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

About You

You are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based, and patient-centred care. Your comprehensive nursing knowledge, clinical expertise, and experience within outpatient and acute hospital settings enable you to effectively assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with diverse and complex healthcare needs.

You possess highly developed clinical problem-solving skills and sound professional judgement, allowing you to respond appropriately to changing patient conditions and contribute to positive health outcomes. Your ability to prioritise workloads, make informed decisions, and provide timely interventions ensures the delivery of high-quality care in fast-paced healthcare environments.

You are an effective communicator who utilises information technology and demonstrates strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to support patient care and collaboration with colleagues. You build positive relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members, ensuring clear communication, continuity of care,



and a patient-focused approach to service delivery.

Your ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver outcome-based care within a multidisciplinary team setting enables you to contribute effectively to achieving individual patient goals and organisational objectives. You are committed to fostering a collaborative workplace culture and maintaining professional standards while supporting excellence in healthcare delivery.

Adaptable and resilient, you are willing and able to participate in a seven-day rotating roster, including public holidays and night duty, ensuring the provision of safe and consistent care across all shifts. Your professionalism, flexibility, and dedication to continuous improvement make you a valuable contributor to any healthcare team.
