About The Role
This Alstonville based casual RN role reports to the Facility Care Manager and oversees the clinical needs and assessments of our aged care residents. You will promote and improve the provision of care, dialogue with residents’ families and representative as well as directing and managing staff to ensure the delivery of quality resident care.
About You
As the right person right time right place, you will have the following:-
- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current registration
- Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated industry, ideally aged care and/or retirement living.
- Basic Computer skills and ability to use resident programs
- Demonstrated skills and experience in:
- Leading and supervising
- Writing and reporting
- Working with people and contributing to a positive workplace culture
- Planning and organising
- Deciding and initiating action
- Must also be able to work casually to cover sick leave, annual leave including some night shifts
- Hold a current driver’s license.
- Have a current NDIS clearance and AHPRA registration
- Willingness to undertake pre-employment medical screening
