- Fully electronic care and medication with LEECARE.
- 2 supportive Clinical Care Managers.
- 2 Years experience (Approx) - Highly Desirable

Abberfield Aged Care is 142 bed family-owned facility located on Bluff Road Sandringham. Bus 825 is located at front of facility, and we are a 3-minute drive from Highett train station. To be successful in this role you will:

- Provide exceptional personal care and support to residents
- AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
- Experience in Aged Care (highly regarded)
- Current National Police Check
- An understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
- Be vaccinated against COVID 19
- Have or willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance
