"MT. VIEW" HOMES INC' is seeking a driven and competent Registered Nurse Level 1 or 2 to join our team in Booleroo Centre, SA 5482. This is a full-time, permanent position within our 30 bed Residential Aged care facility, working alongside our dedicated nursing staff to provide exceptional care to our residents. Mt View Homes is a community owned, NFP organisation, located in the small rural town of Booleroo Centre, only 270kms north of Adelaide.

Key responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to our aged care residents, including administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of holistic, person-centred care, focusing on individuals preference and choice
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Proactively identify and address the evolving needs of our residents
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our care standards

What we're looking for

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA with no restrictions
- Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of the unique healthcare needs of the elderly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated commitment to patient-centred care




- Proficiency in the use of healthcare-related software and digital technologies
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating compassion, respect and a positive attitude.
