Make a Difference in Stroke Care. Join our dynamic Acute Stroke Team and help deliver life-changing care to patients when it matters most. Working alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll provide expert assessment, intervention and care coordination while contributing to service improvement, education and clinical leadership.
