About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Remedial & Facade Engineer to join our team in Artarmon.

The role involves inspecting and assessing existing building facades and envelopes, diagnosing defects, developing remedial strategies and preparing technical reports, drawings and specifications. You will work closely with architects, contractors and other consultants and be involved in site inspections, structural assessments and project delivery.

About You The successful candidate will have:





Solid experience in facade and remedial engineering.

Sound knowledge of building envelope and facade systems.

A strong structural engineering background.

Understanding of building physics, including thermal performance, moisture and durability.

Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Building Engineering or a related discipline.

Knowledge of Australian building codes and standards.

Strong report-writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively on-site and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Candidates must be based in Australia and have full Australian working rights.
