SEVACO is a Sydney-based construction company specialising in acrylic rendering, solid plastering and external wall finishes.
We are seeking an experienced Solid Plasterer / Renderer to join our team on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for rendering and plastering works.
- Apply render, acrylic render and solid plaster systems.
- Install and apply reinforcing mesh where required.
- Straighten and level walls using appropriate rendering tools.
- Apply base coats, finishing coats and texture finishes.
- Repair cracks, damaged surfaces and existing render.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and finish.
- Follow workplace health and safety requirements.
- Work effectively as part of a construction team and independently when required.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant experience in solid plastering,
rendering or a related construction trade.
- Experience with acrylic rendering and external wall finishes.
- Ability to prepare, level and finish rendered surfaces to a high standard.
- Knowledge of construction site safety requirements.
- Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Relevant qualification or trade experience will be highly regarded.
