Position Summary

- Manage and process individual, group, and FIT reservations, ensuring accuracy of bookings, room blocks, market codes, and billing arrangements.
- Provide exceptional client service by handling reservation enquiries, special requests, cancellations, and accommodation needs through various communication channels.
- Maximise revenue opportunities by applying effective sales techniques, promoting hotel services, and matching guests with appropriate room options.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and accounting requirements.
- Resolve concerns and reservation issues promptly, escalating complex matters when required to ensure a positive client experience.
- Support operational excellence by reviewing and implementing reservation procedures, monitoring room availability, and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Foster a skilled and welcoming environment by building positive relationships with clients and colleagues while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.




- Ensure the team is focused on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that ensure travelers have everything they need

About You:
- Solid Excel Knowledge
- 2 Years + Experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
