Main Duties

- Lead and mentor a dedicated clinical and care team.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the aged care service.
- Drive high standards of clinical governance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.




- Foster a culturally safe environment for residents and staff.
- Build strong relationships with the local community and stakeholders.
- Deliver care that deeply respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander traditions and culture.

Essentials

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven clinical leadership experience within residential aged care.
- Robust understanding of clinical governance and compliance.
- Genuine experience and understanding of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
