We’re looking for a Sales Associate to join our high-performing Sales team at Melbourne Real Estate (MRE) in South Yarra. This is an opportunity to get your foot in the door, learn the ropes from experienced sales professionals and build the foundations for a successful sales career, with the opportunity to earn commission as you grow and contribute.

We’re looking for someone with genuine hunger and drive. Someone who enjoys meeting people, isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, is motivated by results and wants to learn from some of the best in the business.

What you’ll be doing:

- Daily prospecting: calls, door knocking, database follow-up and networking
- Generating new leads and identifying recent business opportunities
- Connecting with potential vendors and building genuine relationships
- Booking appraisals and helping build a strong sales pipeline
- Attending open homes and engaging with buyers
- Supporting listings, campaigns and day-to-day sales activity
- Maintaining and developing your database
- Following up leads and turning conversations into opportunities
- Learning the full sales process from prospecting through to successful campaigns and sales
- Working alongside experienced agents while progressively building your own skills, network and client base
