Bprimal is on the lookout for a passionate and reliable 2IC (Second in Charge) to support our Melbourne store team. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, loves retail and is interested in barefoot shoes and natural movement.
About the role
- Full time or Part time
- Sunday - Thursday roster
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Store Manager with daily store operations
- Leading shifts and being a trusted point of contact on the floor
- Helping customers find footwear that supports healthy movement
- Training and supporting team members
- Opening and closing the store when required
- Keeping the store organised, stocked and running smoothly
About you
- Passionate about helping people and delivering excellent service
- Retail experience preferred
- Confident, organised and proactive
- Comfortable taking responsibility and leading shifts
- Interested in barefoot shoes, foot health or natural movement
- Positive, friendly and reliable
