Complete Cake Decorating Supplies is a family-owned retail and wholesale business specialising in cake decorating and baking supplies. We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused personto join our Panorama team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly customer service and product recommendations
- Answering phone and customer enquiries
- Processing sales and general retail duties
- Maintaining an organised and welcoming store
- Picking and checking customer orders in a warehouse environment
The successful candidate will have:
- Knowledge of cake decorating and baking products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A friendly, confident and approachable manner
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Solid attention to detail
- A reliable, positive and professional attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous retail, sales, customer service, cake decorating, baking or hospitality experience will be highly regarded.
