RESTAURANT MANAGER & HEAD CHEF WANTED

Court House Restaurant | Cleveland, Brisbane Bayside An exciting opportunity to join the opening leadership team of Court House Restaurant, a unique heritage hospitality venue in the heart of Cleveland.

Set within a historic courthouse, the property has been recently and extensively renovated, combining the character and history of the original building with a completely refreshed restaurant, bar and events setting.

We are now looking for two key people to help establish and lead the venue:

RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager who can take ownership of the front-of-house operation and create an exceptional customer experience from day one.

Key responsibilities include restaurant and bar operations, recruitment and training, rostering, service standards, functions and events, stock control, cost management and working closely with the Head Chef and ownership team.

You should be a confident leader with strong hospitality experience, excellent people skills and a genuine understanding of what makes a restaurant successful.

HEAD CHEF

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to take ownership of our kitchen and help shape the food identity of Court House Restaurant.

You will lead the kitchen team,



maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, contribute to menu development, manage food and labour costs, oversee ordering and stock control, and maintain excellent food safety and kitchen standards.

We are looking for a chef who combines creativity with strong commercial and leadership skills and wants the opportunity to build a kitchen and team they can be proud of.

This isn't an established restaurant looking for someone to simply take over a roster.

It is an opportunity to be part of the opening leadership team of a newly renovated destination venue, helping shape its food, service, team culture and reputation from the beginning.

The venue offers restaurant dining, bar service and functions/events within a distinctive historic setting.

Positions: Full-time

Remuneration: Attractive salary package based on experience
