About the Role

Join our Rheumatology team to deliver friendly, accurate frontline admin support across outpatient services.

- Manage patient bookings, referrals and waiting lists
- Coordinate records, reports, transport and interpreters
- Support patients, staff and service providers
- Maintain accurate systems and clinic lists
- Contribute to service improvement and team success

- Communicate clearly with staff, patients and the public
