ATT: Music Teachers and Musicians

Are you an aspiring Music Teacher with experience teaching and/or performing on Drums, Guitar, Keyboard and Singing? Would you enjoy teaching music in a progressive music program for mostly primary school aged children?

For our expanding company, four Full-Time positions commence in January 2027:

· Rock Band Instrumental Music Teachers x 2 (Salary $65k/yr Super)

· People & Culture Manager (0.2) and Rock Band Teacher (0.8) (Management Team $70k/yr Super bonus)

· Curriculum Co-ordinator (0.2) and Rock Band Teacher (0.8) (Management Team $70k Super bonus)

An opportunity for a casual position, approximately 2 days per week, in term 4, 2026 also exists to complement our current team of 12 staff.

Creative Kidz On Stage are leaders in Instrumental Music Education and have been inspiring young creative minds for over 20 years. We currently teach over 1700 students per week in Brisbane schools with much further growth anticipated for 2027.

Have you got what it takes to inspire a smile and foster confidence with young students? No minimum years of music teaching experience is required for this position as full training is provided.



People and Culture Manager and Curriculum Co-ordinator positions require prior teaching experience and report to the General Manager (GM).

Applicants must be
- proficient musicians and confident to lead Rock Bands

- Able to play guitar, drums, keys and Sing to basic proficiency (approx. grade 1 AMEB/Rockschool) with extensive experience and expertise in at least one of these areas

- Able to work with music technology

- Energetic with the ability to engage and inspire young music students

- Reliable, consistent and organized
- An effective communicator

- Have a strong work ethic

- Able to create a positive student learning environment

- Able to teach in small groups of up to 8 students

- Able to showcase student performances in a school environment

- Preferably hold a University Degree with a Music and/or Education focus

- Hold a valid Blue Card
