Job Description

BAI Communications is recruiting a NOC Operator to join our 24/7 Service Management Centre in North Sydney. You’ll monitor broadcast services across Australia, respond to alarms, manage incidents end-to-end, and communicate clearly with internal teams and customers to uphold service levels.

You’ll bring experience in broadcast or network operations, alarm interpretation, and ITIL-aligned incident handling, with a focus on accuracy, accountability and team-oriented problem solving on live
