We're currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start on a series of high-end commercial fit-out projects across Sydney CBD.

This is an ongoing contract opportunity with a well-established commercial builder delivering premium office fit-outs and workplace refurbishments for blue-chip clients.
You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, quality and safety, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.

The Role

- Manage high-end commercial office fit-out projects from site establishment through to handover.
- Coordinate and supervise all trades and subcontractors.
- Drive programme to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Maintain exceptional quality throughout the finishes stage.
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and daily pre-starts.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants, clients and building management.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with project requirements.

About You

- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects.




- Solid understanding of high-end finishes and quality expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple trades within live commercial environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience using Procore, HammerTech or similar construction management software is highly regarded.
- Available to commence immediately.
