A well-established Sydney builder specialising in high-end commercial and architecturally designed residential projects is looking to appoint an experienced Lead Carpenter to join their growing team.

Working alongside some of Sydney's leading hospitality groups and established architects, they deliver premium projects across Sydney with a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail and long-lasting client relationships.

The Role

This is a hands-on position suited to an experienced Lead Carpenter who enjoys taking ownership on site while remaining actively involved in the build.

Working closely with the Site Manager and Directors, you'll help coordinate trades, manage day-to-day site activities and deliver projects to the highest standard across both commercial and residential sectors.

Responsibilities

- Hands-on carpentry across all stages of construction
- Leading day-to-day site operations alongside the Site Manager
- Coordinating subcontractors, materials and deliveries
- Reading and interpreting plans
- Maintaining programme, quality and safety standards
- Delivering exceptional finishes across premium commercial and architecturally designed residential projects

What We're Looking For

- Trade-qualified Carpenter
- Experience as a Lead Carpenter,



Leading Hand or Senior Carpenter
- Strong background delivering high-end residential projects, ideally architecturally designed homes
- Ability to lead trades while remaining hands-on
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- White Card, own tools and reliable transport
