Our client is a well-established specialist civil contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex excavation and ground retention packages across major commercial, residential and mixed-use developments throughout Sydney.
Working alongside some of the industry's leading builders and developers, the business specialises in:

- Basement excavation
- Bulk and detailed earthworks
- Shoring and retention systems
- Bored piling and foundation solutions
- Shotcrete applications
- Civil enabling works

With a healthy pipeline of secured projects and continued growth across the business, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team.Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of excavation and ground retention works, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Supervising site crews, subcontractors and plant operators
- Coordinating excavation, shoring, piling and shotcrete activities
- Driving site safety, quality and environmental compliance
- Managing project programmes and daily site productivity
- Liaising with clients, consultants and principal contractors
- Conducting pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections




- Monitoring progress and reporting to project management

About You:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within the civil, excavation or ground engineering sectors
- Strong knowledge of basement excavation, shoring, piling and shotcrete works
- Experience delivering projects for commercial builders
- Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors on active construction sites
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A proactive approach to safety, quality and project delivery
- White card & full Australian driving licence
