Civil Supervisor – FIFO & Local Projects

Core Talent is currently seeking experienced Civil Supervisors for a range of FIFO and local projects across Western Australia.
Due to continued project demand, we are looking for skilled Supervisors to lead site operations, manage crews, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to project requirements.

The Role
As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and plant, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently. This role will suit an experienced Supervisor with a robust civil construction background and proven experience leading teams in a site-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations
- Lead and manage site crews, subcontractors, and plant
- Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are maintained




- Drive productivity and project delivery outcomes
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification

About You

- 3+ years’ experience as a Civil Supervisor within civil construction
- Strong civil construction background essential
- Proven experience leading site teams
- Experience working across FIFO or local projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Current Section 26 qualification with completed exam (essential)

Mandatory Requirements

- Current Section 26 qualification with completed exam
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
