About the Role

As an Agency Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality clinical care and support residents across a range of Residential Aged Care facilities throughout Newcastle and surrounding communities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Medication administration and clinical care




- Resident assessments and care planning
- Wound care and clinical documentation
- Supporting residents with complex health needs
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Promoting resident wellbeing, dignity and independence
- Adhering to Aged Care quality and safety standards

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Recent experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and resident-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, versatile and professional attitude

Essential Requirements

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 12 months recent Aged Care RN experience
- Current National Police Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up-to-date vaccinations and compliance documentation
- Full Australian working rights
