What you’ll be doing

- Operating front-end loaders to producing composts, potting mixes, and soil conditioners
- Supporting quality control to ensure high production standards
- Performing basic maintenance on vehicles, machinery, and equipment
- Managing stock control, processing orders, and document control
- Meeting production targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Following operating procedures (training provided)

What you’ll bring

- Front end Loader ticket or relevant experience is required




- Excavator and Forklift ticket are desirable
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Experience in the waste industry is helpful but not required
