About the Role
Join a supportive healthcare team where you’ll deliver safe, evidence-based care in a unique and complex environment. Build your clinical capability, take accountability for your practice and work closely with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
• Deliver safe, person-centred and evidence-based nursing care
• Assess needs and respond to changes in clinical condition
• Recognise deterioration and escalate concerns promptly
• Support students and Enrolled Nurses in clinical practice
• Build strong links across healthcare and external services
About You
You’re a compassionate and adaptable nurse who brings sound clinical skills, clear communication and a commitment to safe, person-centred care.
To be successful in this role you will:
• Hold or be eligible for NMBA registration and practising certificate
• Bring demonstrated competence in relevant nursing practice
• Communicate effectively and use sound problem-solving skills
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Prioritise workloads and deliver person-centred care
