Sales Assistant & Showroom Receptionist

We're looking for an energetic, organised and customer-focused superstar to join our team as a Sales Assistant & Showroom Receptionist.

This is not your typical reception role.

One minute you'll be welcoming clients into our Ballarat showroom, the next you'll be helping our Sales Manager prepare a proposal, coordinating customer communications, supporting marketing initiatives, or helping our team deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating Amazing First Impressions

You'll be the first smile our customers see and the first voice many hear.

- Welcome clients and visitors to PlusIT
- Answer incoming phone calls and enquiries
- Connect customers with the right team members
- Maintain our professional showroom environment

Supporting Sales Success You'll help keep our sales team organised, efficient and focused on building customer relationships.

- Assist the team to prepare quotes, proposals and presentations
- Coordinate customer follow-up activities
- Manage CRM records and sales documentation
- Assist with reporting and sales pipeline tracking
- Support marketing campaigns, events and promotions
- Liaise with customers and internal teams
- Coordinate meetings and customer engagements

Helping the Business Run Smoothly You'll become an important part of our day-to-day operations.

- Assist internal teams with sales support tasks
- Help improve processes and customer experiences
- Contribute ideas and bring positive energy to the workplace

Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service or sales support is advantageous, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. Prior IT and or Telco experience will also be considered favourably. What's In It For You?
