About the role

We're looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our Rocklea branch, focused mainly on incoming sales. You'll be the first point of contact for customers calling, emailing, or walking in with enquiries — quoting, processing orders, and helping them get the right product for the job.

You'll also work closely with our yard team, helping coordinate stock and the dispatch flow so customer orders go out smoothly, and lending a hand loading lightweight aluminum products for pickup or delivery.

No experience with our systems or the scaffolding industry is required — we'll train you on our products and processes. Previous sales experience (retail, trade counter, or customer service) is highly regarded. As you build your product knowledge, there's a clear pathway to grow into an outgoing (outbound) sales role.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming sales enquiries by phone, email, and in person with walk-in customers
- Prepare quotes and process sales orders for scaffold and access equipment




- Liaise with the yard team on stock availability and the dispatch flow to ensure orders go out on time
- Assist with loading lightweight aluminium products (mobile towers, ladders, stairs, accessories) for customer collection or delivery
- Build strong product knowledge across the Turbo Scaffolding range
- Provide a great customer experience and help build long-term customer relationships
- Support the yard and sales team with general day-to-day tasks as needed

About You

- Sales or customer service experience is highly regarded — no scaffolding or systems experience necessary, full training provided
- Confident, friendly phone manner and strong face-to-face customer service skills
- Comfortable liaising with the yard/warehouse team and working as part of a broader team
- Physically able to assist with loading lightweight product
- Reliable, motivated, and keen to learn
- Available to start ASAP
