Shoalhaven Spring Water is a local business based in South Nowra. We bottle natural spring water and deliver it to homes and businesses right across the Shoalhaven.

We're looking for a reliable, energetic and personable person to join our team.

This isn't just a driving job.

You'll be out meeting customers, delivering water, setting up coolers, talking to local businesses, finding new customers and helping us grow. You'll also spend some time at the factory helping with loading, bottling and warehouse work.

It's a hands-on role with plenty of variety and the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you learn the business.

What you'll be doing

- Delivering spring water to homes and businesses across the Shoalhaven
- Looking after your regular customers and building good relationships
- Installing, swapping and servicing water coolers
- Introducing yourself to local businesses and offering water trials
- Following up potential customers and helping grow your delivery area
- Representing Shoalhaven Spring Water professionally in the community
- Using your phone and our systems to manage customers and deliveries
- Loading and unloading bottles and equipment
- Helping at the factory with bottling, warehouse and general work when required
- Getting involved in sales, promotions and local marketing as you develop

What we're looking for We're looking for someone who is reliable, switched-on, fit and good with people.

You don't need to have done this job before. We'll teach you our products, systems and the way we operate.





What matters more is that you:

- Turn up on time and do what you say you'll do
- Are comfortable talking to customers and business owners
- Have good energy and a positive attitude
- Are physically capable of repeatedly lifting 15L bottles throughout the day
- Can work independently and use your initiative
- Take pride in how you present yourself and your work
- Are comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps
- Have a current Australian driver's licence
- Are willing to learn and take on more responsibility

Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, sport, fitness, trades, warehousing, customer service or other hands-on work can be useful, but it's not essential.

- $28 – $38 per hour, depending on experience and capability and contract type
