About the Role As a Sales Consultant, you will meet with customers in their homes, understand their needs, and provide tailored window furnishing solutions. You’ll take accurate measurements, prepare quotes, and guide customers confidently through the decision-making process.

This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales,



and delivering a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-home consultations and provide professional advice and accurate quotations
- Build strong rapport with customers and deliver outstanding service
- Follow up leads promptly and effectively to convert opportunities into sales
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
- Accurately record client information and process orders using our CRM system
- Manage your pipeline and schedule efficiently

What We’re Looking For

- Previous sales experience (industry experience highly regarded but not essential)
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident using computers, including Microsoft Office
- Current driver’s licence and reliable, well-maintained vehicle
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Professional presentation and reliability
