Responsibilities

- Support of assigned Sales managers and their assigned customers with HVAC systems & equipment product selections, application, proposals and sales development.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer development quota through focus on applied products customer acquisition and development
- Capable of using selections and pricing software/programs related to the equipment sales
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless project execution, from initial consultation to post-sales support.
- Process and coordinate orders to the relevant factories till delivery and assist Service team with handover and after sales queries related to the equipment sales.
- Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms. During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.
- Actively participate in training programs,



industry events and company webinars and meetings to enhance your sales skills & technical knowledge of HVAC systems.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum three (2) years experience in Account Management, Mechanical Contracting/HVAC or Facilities Management fields would be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must have a valid Australian working visa.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
